The PINEA project was designed by award-winning teams -
the international design office Chapman Taylor (the authors of the resort’s modern architectural design) and the Polish-Belgian design office ELD (responsible for the interiors). The land development proposal and furniture design were prepared by Paweł Grobelny – one of the most successful Polish designers of applied art.
The main shareholder of the investment is the Belgian company Fenixco,
a family company from Ghent managed by a third generation of experienced real estate professionals. Fenixco is a company with high equity, 100% financially independent, guaranteeing market stability.
